Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The information contained on this website is not usually intended to be used by anyone less than 18 years of age and we are not prepared to contract with anyone under that age.

These terms regulate the legal relationship between you and us. These Terms and Conditions shall not be altered, modified or varied unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

The information on our website does not constitute a formal offer to sell goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy goods from us. Automatic confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute a contract between us. A contract for the sale of goods shall only arise on the dispatch of our written confirmation of acceptance of your order or the dispatch of the goods to you, whichever is the earlier.

The prices quoted may be subject to revision by us in the event of any increases imposed by the manufacturer before the date of dispatch of goods to you. We also reserve the right to amend the price in any sale before dispatch arising where a pricing error has occurred either in your favor or ours. In these cases we will contact you to notify you of the variation and you have the right either to proceed at the amended price or to revoke the contract.

The price of goods includes all packaging, insurance and administrative charges and does include delivery charges within the continental U.S.  In other parts of the country outside of the continental U.S. or worldwide there will be shipping charges in addition to the price and will be charged according to the weight of items sold and their destination.

Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Payment is accepted by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other debit cards with the Visa logo. We are entitled to present your check or credit card details to our bank before dispatching goods to you and may delay dispatch of goods until after funds have cleared into the credit card or bank account.

Delivery

We will try to arrange for delivery of all orders within seven working days within the USA and within twenty-one days for the rest of the world. However, due to the individual nature of many of our products there will be times when a longer wait is involved. In this case, we will advise you of the likely delivery date and if you are unwilling to accept the delay, we will immediately cancel your payment authority or refund your money if payment has already been made.

Some of our products are specialty products, which are manufactured using traditional techniques that have been developed over many years. On occasion, these manufacturing techniques may cause delays in production that are beyond our control.  We therefore reserve the right to revise delivery dates in the event of circumstances beyond our control. However, you, the customer will be notified immediately of any delay to the anticipated delivery time and you will be given the option to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided.

Returns

If on receipt of goods you are dissatisfied with their quality or the goods arrive damaged then you must advise us within 10 days. In the event of the goods being damaged we may ask you to return or retain the goods until our insurance claim is settled. If you return undamaged goods in good condition, then upon receipt we will refund the price of the goods (but not the cost of returning them to us). Undamged goods mst be returned within 20 days. If the goods are damaged we will return your payment plus the cost of returning the goods to us.

Taxes and Duties

The payment of all other local Duties and taxes including import duties (whether local to you or otherwise) is your responsibility.

Data Protection

We will not give out, sell or rent information about you to any other company or supplier. Your details will not be used by us or forwarded by us to any third parties for the purposes of unsolicited marketing.

We shall be entitled to vary or cancel any contract with you, if necessary, through act of God, war, strike, lock-outs, fire, flood, tempest, or any other cause beyond our control or if we are unable, for any reason, to obtain the goods needed to perform our contract with you, then we shall not be responsible in any way to you for inability to deliver any goods caused by such contingencies.

While we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses and thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website.
